What is BENSON?

BENSON is an exclusive butler service that provide butlers to busy professionals who need help with their day to day activities.

Who are Bensons?

Bensons are your 21st century personal butlers. All of our Bensons are accomplished military veterans who are honorably discharge from service. They are full – and part – time W2 employees with thoroughly screened background checks (Identity, Criminal, Drivers Record, and Credit), references, and 3 in – person interviews. After your service is arranged, you will be formally introduced to your personal Benson, who is carefully chosen specifically to address your needs.

What exactly can my Benson do?

Our core services include completing errands, coordinating task, tidying up your space, dropping off and picking up dry cleaning, restocking the refrigerator, completing grocery shopping. However, during your interview, we will ascertain all of your needs and wants and make adjustments were necessary to accommodate your request. Afterwards, we will create an order, to include our core services, which is given to your Benson to be carried out in the exact detail.

Does the same Benson come to my house every week?

Yes! To better serve you and understand your needs, you will be assigned one dedicated Benson that will be responsible for any assistance that you may need. However, due to uncontrollable circumstances, we may send an alternate to assist you. In this case, you will be notified in advance.

How does BENSON choose vendors?

When your Benson performs any shopping detail for you, they will only patronize the best vendors possible. They will use any place that you recommend, but also aim to support your community by working with small businesses and shopping venues at local stores in your area.

How does billing work?

All transactions are billed via the credit card on file for your account. Your credit card is charged for products (i.e. groceries, medicine, etc) that BENSON purchases for you on the day of the purchase. Your credit card is charged for BENSON’s services on the Friday of the week the services were rendered. If BENSON is included in your building as an amenity, we’ll still collect your credit card information for the purposes of billing you for the items that BENSON purchases for you. In which case, you will not be billed a monthly services fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are only billed once a week and you can put your account on hold at any time. However, our service is designed to learn your likes, dislikes, and habits and only gets better over time, so it’s best to give it a try for a few months. If you do decide to put your account on hold, just let us know ahead of your next billing and we will make sure you don’t get charged.

Is there a limit on the number of things that I can ask my Benson to do?

No. You can make any number of request. However, you are encourage to notify BENSON HQ for any additions to your order at least 1 day before your service date so that we can ensure your schedule is adjusted and the task gets done. Remember, you will be bill for extra time accordingly.

What can I ask my Benson to do?

We are dedicated to our mantra of “It’s possible”. If it can be done, we can do it. However, we are committed to our ethics of our profession. The request has to be legal and do no unintentional nor intentional harm to anyone or anything. BENSON reserves the right to deny or reject any request from any member without cause or reason.

Why does BENSON need my keys and/or need to have access to my keys?

In order to enjoy the full benefits of having a Benson, we ask for a key to your home. This enables your Benson to quietly operate in the background of your life, without unnecessary intrusion and interruption of your daily activities. So therefore, your Benson needs to be able to access your home during times when you are at work, away on business, or simply out enjoying your time off. That being said, you will receive a text message from your Benson the day before the service is due, when they arrive at your residence and a text message when they leave.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured up to $1M towards theft and $1M toward any property damage.

How do I get started?

First, fill out an interview request on A BENSON representative will contact you within 24 hours and set an appointment via telephone or in person. The BENSON rep will ascertain all of your needs and wants. If you are approved, you will be notified with in 24 hours and assign a dedicated Benson. You will be formally introduced to your Benson and your service will begin as scheduled.

How do I communicate with my Benson?

Communication between you and your Benson is channeled through our customer experience team at BENSON HQ. This ensures that your requests and feedback are registered appropriately, while enabling your Benson to deliver a high-quality experience. For all inquiries or special requests, contact BENSON support, available to all of our clients 24/7.

How often does my Benson come to my home?

Your Benson will come to your home once a week for 2 hours and complete all the task that you have requested through. However, the number of visits your Benson makes to your home depends on your needs and wants and the member’s package that you choose.

Are there any extra benefits of becoming an elite member of BENSON?

While you enjoy the benefits of not having to worry about spending your evenings and Saturday mornings running errands, standing in long lines in the grocery stores, BENSON understands that it’s members expect and deserve more. We specialize in providing unique experiences to our members. Therefore, beyond the core services that we offer, you will have access to our many other services such as making dinner reservations at exclusive restaurants, a private chef preparing meals in your home, a masseuse after a long day at work, or more exotic, helicopter flights over the city and much more. You will also have access to all of our networking events and private socials where you can meet other professionals such as yourself. We will always listen to you and create unique unparalleled experiences that you desire.

Does BENSON have a social cause?

BENSON is built, owned and operated by United States military veterans who have honorably served the country at home and abroad. We believe that we make the world a better place when we serve others. So we built BENSON to do just that, serve others to make their day easier. Our social cause is to inspire every American to serve the country for at least 1 year of their life in some capacity. If not in the military, you can serve by providing your professional services to someone that can’t afford it, or simply educating youth about your profession. Why should I choose BENSON and not your competition?
